2. Cover color, inner page monochrome
If the cover is printed in four colors and the inner page is printed in single color, it is recommended to use double copper paper for the back cover and double adhesive paper for the inner page. Coated paper has a smooth and glossy surface, and can be used with weights of 105, 128, 157, and 200G. Cover coated paper+color printing+inner double adhesive paper+monochrome printing, which not only appears but also saves costs.
3. Overall requires color printing
If there are high requirements for the product manual or if the content itself needs to be expressed in color images, we recommend using copper coated paper and full color printing for the entire book. Generally, we can choose 200g for the cover and back cover, and 157g for the inner page; Alternatively, a whole book of 157g copper coated paper and color printing can achieve good results.
4. Used inside the packaging box of small products
If it is a manual placed in the packaging box of a small product, such as a battery or USB flash drive, this manual is often in the form of a single folded sheet, using thinner and easier to fold paper. If copper coated paper or thicker paper is used, it will take up a lot of product space. Using 70-80 grams of double adhesive paper for printing is easy to fold and does not take up space.
